Time Logistics Group heavily invests in technology to create and support tools enabling our employees to do their jobs more efficiently, while offering clients and drivers true value added solutions.

Total Load Management
The TLG Load Management program serves as our primary internal platform.  Its purpose improve client relations by growing a database of information on not just customer and driver needs, but also manages all aspects of our coordinators’ daily operations – order entry, driver selection, dispatch, routing, check call tracing, and reporting.
 
Customer System Integration
TLG’s load program can easily be linked to our client’s internal order management system – otherwise known as Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).  Automation at this level improves client cash flow, eliminates manual error, shortens order cycles, and increases employee efficiency.
 
Automated Driver Status Reporting
Clearly the topic of TLG client’s is the proactive Automated Driver Status Reporting.  Initially this feature’s goal was to provide complete shipment visibility, however it quickly became the “talk” amongst most all TLG clients.  Every 24 hours, or whenever a “Check Call” is made to or from a coordinator, they enter notes on driver location and estimated time of delivery. (Without the need to find a pro number and log into a site) automatically, once the “Check Call Note” is completed, the client receives an email with those exact notes.  The TLG developed feature has enabled us to prove our commitment and gain the trust of new clients.
 
Invoicing and Payment
Many clients, especially with current economic environment, are looking for ways to speed invoicing.  TLG offers many clients the option to have electronic invoicing and bill pay.  Simply, an invoice is sent PDF via email, and payments can be set up to be paid via Automated Clearing House (ACH) or if absolutely necessary, credit card.  Always the goal to make using TLG more convenient for clients.
